Wedding & Event Packages & Pricing

All packages include:

• Wedding or event shot and edited by experienced professionals
• Late-model digital video cameras, high-quality microphones, including wireless for groom (most of our videocameras are high definition, and we typically shoot in HDV format)
• Three full-featured standard definition DVDs with custom menus, cover and label graphics designed to compliment your style, colors, flowers, invitation and other elements
• Short trailer of your wedding or event opens the DVD; web versions available on request
• Titles and/or scrolling credits recognizing wedding party and significant others, if desired
• Simple slide show or video added to DVD, if desired
• Quick turn-around (usually 2-4 weeks) of "proof" video for your review

Payment terms: 1/3 deposit to hold the date; 2nd 1/3 due before the wedding; final 1/3 due upon receipt of proof for review.

Bronze - $1,200

• Videographer & assistant with 2 cameras for up to 3 hours; or videographer with 1 camera for up to 6 hours

We do not recommend a single camera for important one-time events, such as weddings. A second camera provides additional assurance that nothing important will be missed and allows us to shoot different angles and distances on important scenes, for example: a long shot of the bride walking up the isle and a close-up of the groom's face as he sees her in her wedding dress for the first time.

Silver - $1,750

• Videographer & assistant with 2 cameras; up to 6 hours total coverage

Gold - $2,200

• Producer and 2 videographers with 3 cameras; up to 8 hours total coverage
• Producer will attend and videotape (if desired) rehearsal or on-site meeting

Platinum - $3,000

• Producer and 2 videographers with 3 high definition video cameras; up to 10 hours total coverage
• Photo Montage or Love Story
• Producer will attend and videotape (if desired) rehearsal or on-site meeting
• High definition edit and high definition DVD (HD-DVD or BluRay) in addition to standard definition DVDs *

Add-ons

• Animated Photo Montage - $500
• Preproduced Love Story - $500
• Same day edit (includes pre-produced Love Story) - $1,000
• Coverage of additional events on a different day, e.g., rehearsal or bridal shower: 1 camera for up to 4 hours - $500
• Additional coverage on day of event - $100/hour/videographer
• Additional DVDs - $10 each for standard definition and $50 each for high definition (HD DVD or Blu-Ray)
• Original video transferred to DVD or hard drive you provide - $200
